Create’s Winter 2013 Menus

Create Food & Party Design have launched their new Winter 2013 menus. Focussing on the best of British ingredients with bold, seasonal flavours the new menus are perfect for those looking to host a event to impress this winter.

Canapés are the perfect choice for drinks receptions, parties and networking events. On the menu this winter are a range of light bites and more hearty options which will allow your guests to mingle and get to know one another as they tuck in. Scottish smoked salmon is served on beetroot toast, pressed foie gras comes on brioche with plum jelly and nibbed almonds and a mini beef wellington is encrusted in truffle brioche and spinach, accompanied by horseradish mascarpone and a wild mushroom crisp.

Mini bowls and plates include comforting, hearty dishes such as sage roasted chicken with bread sauce soufflé, and confit guinea fowl with wild mushroom risotto. Vegetarian options include twice baked pumpkin and ribblesdale soufflé and roasted root vegetable crumble.

Bespoke three course meals are perfect if you’re looking to push the boat out this winter. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Create’s wintry options. Start your meal with an indulgent honey glazed duck breast, or opt for a light salcombe bay crab served with celeriac mayonnaise. Main courses include pan fried fillet of bream, winter herb crusted sustainable loin of cod and basked horseradish and herb dumpling filled with colston basset stilton. And of course Create haven’t forgotten dessert, whether you’re looking for a chocoholic-worthy dark chocolate cremosa or a taste of the traditional – marmalade pudding, you’re sure to find the perfect end to your meal.
