After weeks of tastings, plating and cooking, Create Food & Party Design have launched their new Spring Summer 2013 menus. Our exclusive caterers have been scouring the UK coastlines, farms and fields for the finest seasonal produce that this fair isle has to offer, and the resulting menus are testament to the skill and imagination of this talented team.
Create have chosen “reinvention” as their summer theme, putting unique twists on cult classics and traditional favourites. In the case of the beloved summer pudding Create prefer to fill it with delicious cherries and beetroot, serving it with a perfectly pink duck breast. And the classic club sandwich gets a makeover too, as it is pressed and served alongside a marinated breast of spring chicken, for ‘meat and two veg’ with a difference.
Create’s desserts are always a talking point, from their beautiful presentation and aroma to their unforgettable taste. This summer is no exception. To round off summer events at Plaisterers’ Hall in style try Create’s retro chocolate mud pie with summer berries and chocolate popped rice or the amazing peach and miso arctic roll.
