Plaisterers' plays host to London 2012 Business Breakfast

On Tuesday 13th September around 200 corporate guests gathered at Plaisterers' Hall for a business breakfast to hear about "how can my business get engaged with London 2012?"

The breakfast saw the launch of The Concerto Group's partnership with Team 2012. Richard Scott, Sales Director of Prestige Ticketing Limited, has confirmed that sales of official PTL in–venue hospitality packages are going very well since commencement of the sales process began on 15th March.

With 50% of the inventory already taken, demand is strong across the board, but particularly so for the ceremonies and those events that British athletes are expected to perform well in.

Andrew Owen, Programme Director of Team 2012, outlined the options and benefits to sign up to the Team 2012 SME program, which directly benefits and supports Team GB athletes in their preparation for the Games and hopeful medal success.

Mike Kershaw, Chairman of The Concerto Group, outlined plans for the Group's exciting new 'club lounge' at Stratford Place (Westfield) and Olympic event screenings at some of its London venues.

The morning began with a networking session over a delicious breakfast from in–house caterers Create, followed by a forum and panel discussion in the magnificent Great Hall.

Olympic expert Jon Tibbs, CEO and Founder of JTA, moderated the event and introduced the other members of the panel including Olympic legend and special guest Colin Jackson CBE and future Team GB hopeful Carl Baxter.
